About Spiritual Guidance

What is Spiritual Guidance, and what can you expect when meeting a medium?
Before the first meeting
You've found a medium you're curious about and booked a session. You feel expectant, perhaps a bit nervous, hesitant, or restless. There is so much you want to know, but how should you phrase your questions? Time is limited and it is an investment, so it's natural to want to be prepared. Or should you simply let the medium speak freely and see what comes up? Perhaps you booked the session mainly because it feels exciting? Does any of this sound familiar?
Rest assured—a medium is a person who has chosen this profession to help others. Most mediums are professional and caring, leading ordinary lives with everyday chores, bills, and laundry. Don't expect a stereotypical "mystic" with a crystal ball (though those may exist too!).
Preparing yourself
The best thing you can do before the meeting is to reflect on why you booked the appointment; simply having that clarity for yourself is enough. If it's pure curiosity, that is a perfectly valid reason! You will receive the information and guidance that is relevant to you at that specific moment.
If you have a thousand questions, write them down and group them together to see if any specific themes emerge. You can then present these themes to the medium, for example: "I'm wondering about my career" or "Can you see anything regarding my love life?". This allows the medium to focus on that theme and provide the relevant guidance. If you have more concrete questions, you are of course welcome to ask them; the medium might use Tarot, Oracle cards, or other tools to find the answers.
Take notes!
One thing many people forget during intuitive guidance—be it a sitting, a reading, or a session (dear child has many names)—is to take notes. Jotting down keywords makes it much easier to remember everything afterward. Even better: ask if you can record the conversation on your phone! Make sure your phone is on silent, start the recording, and place the device between you and the medium. This is by far the best way to preserve the guidance, and it's wonderful to listen back later to see how the insights have manifested in your life. It also allows you to be fully present in the moment rather than trying to memorize everything.
Free Will
As mediums, we like to give advice. Sometimes we might even challenge our clients to dare to make changes and take steps forward in their development. You can choose to take the advice or leave it; we call this Free Will. We all create our own lives, and even if there is a "plan," we can choose to deviate from it. Sometimes these detours are unintentional, and a few words of guidance from a medium can help you find your way back to your plan: your Life Path.
Afterwards
It's common to feel a bit overwhelmed after a session. You may need time to let the information sink in and reflect. Talking to a friend, journaling, or taking a solitary walk can be very helpful. Use the guidance you've received as support for your personal growth and feel empowered on your journey.
About Mediumship
Working as a Medium is incredibly exciting, challenging, and meaningful. I am trained in Esotericism and work with symbolic worlds and dimensions. I facilitate contact with loved ones on the Other Side, as well as with guides, soul groups, and galactic guides, seeing across time and space. My role is to guide, coach, encourage, and soothe—to provide hope and comfort. My work is not about creating fear or mystery; it is about spreading light and love to those who need it.
