About Karolina

My name is Karolina and I run Soula. With me, it is possible to receive support with personal and spiritual development, healing, conversations, and much more. I work as a Medium and spiritual coach, Reiki healer and teacher, Behavioral Scientist, and Regression Therapist. My great passion is educating and coaching people. In my practice, I combine all my knowledge and experience to help people feel better, slow down, find new paths, and reconnect with themselves.
If this page has been found, there is surely a desire for change in life. There may be an interest in spirituality, a wish to take a Reiki course and be able to give Healing. There may be a wish to take Mediumship training. Or there is simply curiosity and a wish to read a little more about what is offered here and who is behind it. Whatever the reason, there is a warm welcome here!
The task here on earth is to help people realize their full potential. Support is offered in finding the way back to the inner source of power, where everything begins and where the right answers are found. Meeting a person who has started to discover that something is missing in life is where the work is at its best. That is where the clues to the inner driving force can be found.
There has never been a sense of belonging only in the “square” world; there is a wish to combine and blur boundaries. There is nothing that says that science and the spiritual world are opposites. Both are seen as important.
The view of science is that it is one of humanity’s many attempts to understand the mysteries of the universe. Human beings want to know and understand, and looking back through history, there has always been a search for explanatory models that later generations have passed on, updated, and sometimes replaced. This is how religions, science, and spiritual seeking all work.

My journey to well-being
Previously, I was in a work situation that drained all my energy. I barely had any time for recovery and started cutting back on activities that had once given me joy and energy. In an attempt to cope with my job, I chose to use all my free time to rest. This meant that I increasingly isolated myself – I stopped seeing friends and family, declined invitations, and withdrew from social situations. Everything revolved around recovering for the next workday.
Eventually, I realized that my life revolved around a job I did not even enjoy, and that the joy had disappeared. I was not feeling well. Something needed to change. When I finally understood that I had to make changes in my life and start putting myself first, everything became clearer. I realized that if I did not prioritize time for myself and what makes me feel good, life would lose its meaning. This insight became a turning point for me.
TodayToday, I live a life where I control my own time and work with something that both brings me joy and feels meaningful. Thanks to my experiences and what I have learned, I have now created a balance where I prioritize my well-being – without feeling guilty. I now know that in order to perform well at work, I first have to take care of myself.
